~ Disappointed ~
The other day I received a request from a gentleman to design a silhouette of a pirate reclining against a palm tree. He wanted this graphic to put on his new boat, the boat being called Ahhh and Ahhh. LOL His email was not the most polite I have ever received to be truthful. He criticised the fact that he had requested this of many designers who just couldn't understand what he required. Well in truth neither did I, as he didn't specify what type of pose he wanted. Ie, sitting, lounging. lying etc. It's hard to create something specific for someone who doesn't give you precise details. I kinda forgave him as I thought hey, he's male and maybe doesn't know the etiquette of the net and how to request things. I've always been one to try and help people. Mind you he did offer to pay for the graphic stating he did not expect it for free. Without knowing exactly what his criteria was I thought, hey I'll have a go and won't charge for it. I did that, took a lot of time and effort to try to produce what I thought he would like. I emailed it off telling him that it was a freebie and if he didnt like it I would not be offended and he could bin it. Well I don't know if it was what he wanted or not as he did not have the manners to at least even acknowledge that he received it. My point being, if you want something from me, please understand that I will often do it but just a small thank you for my work is appreciated, regardless of whether it is what you were looking for or not. This is the second time I have given hours of time and effort to receive no reply, thanks or appreciation. The last was for a blog design which took me almost 12 hours to complete. I love to help people, but I am fast becoming disillusioned with the rudeness of people. Please don't be like these people. Appreciate what designers give you freely. Try and support them when you can financially. It makes the world of difference to all of us. So if you see a boat with one of these silhouettes on it sailing around, please know this man was very bad mannered lol

How many of you watch Masterchef? Well I do and I am totally hooked on it LOL. So I got hubby busy building me a herb garden. Having Baxter around means I cant have pots on the ground, so I designed this and got hubby to build it for me. I just have to pain it now and then go buy my herbs. Wow, lots of yummy dinners coming I hope hehehehe

Well he is growing so fast and very much a little mischief. I just finished grooming him so thought I would take a couple of snapshots. For some reason he has taken a liking to an old hanging planter pot that I had. Here is is tangled in amongst it LOL "Aww mum how about a cuddle" Honestly you would think at times he was talking to you. He's very hard not to cuddle that's for sure lol
