~ I'm back ~

Well I must say I think the break from the blog did me huge amounts of good as it gave me time to relax and regroup. It's kind a sad that we get this way, but talking to numerous fellow designers they are all feeling the same way. So many downloads and so few thanks. There is even a poll going around designers to see if it is even worth offering freebies anymore. So far it is a 75% vote to do away with freebies. I find that incredible, but I can certainly see why they feel this way. I've come to realise now that many people are rude and ungrateful, but there are those of you who really do appreciate the work we do and who do take the time to say that small thank you. Thank you. Two little words that mean so much. I will continue to offer freebies on my blog for now, but I will not be offering as many as I have in the past. Keep checking back regularly though and you might find some good items coming up.
Hugs and all that girlie stuff

Hi,

I wrote something for you and all the designers who feel this way. Though it may not be much to make up for the countless people who just take, I hope that it will inspire you and other designers to know that there are those of us who really do enjoy your work and who do tend to purchase things from your stores more so because of your giving nature. Those who share their works have more heart and it is definitely a significant differenct in the way their work comes through, as I can feel the difference. Perhaps it will help inspire others as well to see that it takes so little to just leave a small token of appreciation.

I hope you enjoy it and hope you will share with others who feel as you do.

Thank you so much.
With abundant appreciation and kindness xx

Hi Gail,

I agree there are an aweful lot of downloads going on out there and no gratitude. I ken some people doing blog trains may find it time consuming but a quick TY really isn't much.

I noticed the lasses at Starchildren Project were having the same problem and they're trying to raise funds for a school over there.

Sometimes you can visit a site and there have been 3,000 or more downloads and 1 comment. Let's hope people read what's being written out there and start sitting up and paying attention.

Not been on blogger for a wee while as I've been busy making Angelbears and was thrilled to see your post this morning.

Thanks so much for making my day.
love and angel blessings xxx
