~ A Delightful Experience ~

Today I had the most delightful experience. It came in the form of an email from a lady who has just come across my blog and who downloaded some of my freebies. She sent me the most lovely email of thank you that it quite made my day. I don't think people realise how much we love to hear your comments and feedback on our work and what we have to offer. Last Summer Australia Experienced the worst bushfires in our Country's history. These fires were not far from my own home town, and neighbours from surrounding towns lost so much. My store designers all joined together to create the most fantastic kit to raise money for those who suffered loss of family, home, life, pets and so much more. The kit was a huge success and has been removed from sale on the store now that the fund raising has ceased. I cannot in all conscience offer my contribution to the collab for sale, so I offer it here, free to all of you.

Rainbows


The colors of the rainbow are glorious to see
They are colors meant for dreamers just like you and me
I wonder if they ever, have found that pot of gold
Tis at the finish of the rainbow, or so I have been told

To walk upon the myriad of colors that are there
I imagine just the sight of it, would be too much to bear
Blues and greens are what they seem but if you look away
Then pink and mauve they do become, such a pretty haze

The sun shines brightly through it and the clouds they pass it by
That myriad of colors spread high across the sky.
The rain it starts to gently fall and you see it disappear
That miracle of nature is only loaned to us I fear

For rainbows are quite mystical they come and then they go
But for one sweet glorious part of time they color and they glow
Just as though to remind us of the beauty all around
They raise up high and heavenward starting from the ground

Don’t forget to stop and to admire it when you can
It’s a gift we have been given since the start of time began
But many never notice, they just continue to work on
The rainbow is a chorus taken from nature’s song.

Wonderment and Dreams

I couldn’t really ever, in my wild imaginings
begin to understand these new and wondrous things.

A new born baby animal, the soft colors of their fur.

A sunrise made of colors, its hue a crimson bright
The blackness of the skyline on a clear and starry night
The warmth of summer breezes as they gently lift your hair
Such beauty is around us for all of us to share

Dreams are made of moments of long and pretty thoughts
To never dream a single thing makes living all for naught
To run across an open lawn and not feel dew upon your feet
Or never throw cold snowballs, or watch the rain and sleet

To hold a newborn infant and hear their tiny cry
To love and lose and then survive, parting and goodbye
Smells of the bread whilst baking, the scent upon the air
Sometimes I think this wonder is all too much to bear

For to lose the magic that it offers, these new and perfect things
A sadness and a sorrow, the bereft feelings that it brings
Just enjoy today’s delights and revel in its being
for tomorrow comes to soon, its truth all too unseeing.

Problems with the store

I have had a few emails from some of you regarding the status of the store. We were hit last week by hackers who loaded a trojan to our store front and also to our designer log in page. Google found this and have listed the store as a risk. The issue has been fixed and we waiting on google to revise the site status. The store is perfectly safe to visit, but is best viewed for the moment in Internet Explorer. For the moment google chrome and in some cases mozilla will continue to throw up the warning. I assure everyone we have dealt with this attack quickly and efficiently. The store is trading as usual. Please continue to call

~ Whoo Hoo I got it done!! ~

Well it took forever to get an idea for the blog, but as I really, really do like fantasy, this skin seemed perfect for me. I've used the amazing work of Irene Alexeeva which I just love. It is certainly a big change from the other one, but as I love them both lol, I'll just have to rotate them. Anyway, I hope you like it as much as I do :)

Site ~ Revamp ~

Im hoping to revamp the blog this weekend, so not sure how many freebies I will get up, but I'm sure i will have something for you all to play with :) Also we have had a spot of trouble with the store with it being hit by the latest Trojan attack which has to date hit over 50,000 sites, including both Facebook and Twitter. Unfortunately I do not have the resources that these two large sites have so we are working to get the store back up and running. The trojan is gone and everything is back to normal, but we have now to get google to lift the "Risk" warning from our stores URL. Please bear with us while we get everything organised. The store can be safely accessed via Internet Explorer for those who wish to pop on over. I'll let everyone know once we have our Mozilla Browser link working also. Thanks everyone for the support during this trying time. It would be great if these einsteins who write these hacks, put their talents to good use instead of vandalism wouldnt it?
