Today is the day we pay homage to our fallen heroes. Those who gave their lives so that you, I and ours could live in a free world. Please take a moment to remember these brave men and women, and to pray for loved ones overseas who still protect both we and our country. May they all come home to us safely

Well that's it for today, it's way, way too hot to be sitting here at the pc and it's getting way past my bedtime lol. Time for a hot chocolate and some zzzzzz's I think. I hope you all enjoy the new freebies. I'd love to see how you use them if anyone ever wants to share their results.

~ HOT HOT Sunday ~

Wow we are certainly in for a hot summer here in Australia. After the horrendous Black Saturday fires last year we are all gearing up and getting prepared should our towns suffer a similar fate. Hubby and I walked to the beach today and it was just beautiful, but I almost died with the heat walking home. Even the pathways were burning through our shoes. I've spent most of the afternoon inside keeping out of the sun. I do so love summer, but 28 is about the hottest I like it lol.............. Might have to go swim to cool off I think hehehe
